Results of student satisfaction surveys, the Student Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ).
REFLECTION
I highly value the feedback received from students, and the SFQs are one form of feedback. When looking at my results I can see my continued improvement each semester. I’ve worked on growing my ‘Strongly Agree’ and ‘Agree’ returns each term. I am continuously learning and trying to incorporate new interesting ways to keep learning fun and students engaged, as I think these contribute to positive ratings. Along with student feedback each semester, my takeaways from the TEP program and Humber’s Teaching and Learning offerings have played a key role in my performance.
